Elle Schorr talks about the short and spectacular career of the French street artist who calls himself JR, and who works on the borders of art and activism. To him a city is a gallery for larger than life shows. He was awarded the TED Prize - one wish to change the world - in 2011, and his work is having an impact not only artistically but socially in some of the most poverty stricken and violent or politically charged parts of the world.
